Job summary

Lenskart in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital. You will manage banking relationships, ERP-based treasury processes, and regulatory compliance under FEMA/RBI guidelines.

You will prepare treasury MIS and dashboards, coordinate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Business teams, and drive digitization and process improvements within the treasury function.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury operations and cash management.
• Knowledge of FEMA/RBI guidelines.
• ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Tally).

• Manage investments in fixed deposits, mutual funds, treasury bills, commercial papers, and other approved instruments.
• Ensure compliance FOREX/ FEMA, RBI regulations, and internal financial controls.
• Oversee payment processes, bank reconciliations, and treasury accounting.
• Prepare treasury MIS, cash flow reports, investment reports, and management dashboards.
• Support ERP automation, treasury digitization, audits, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Accounts, Legal, Procurement, and Business teams.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, and banking.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Tally, etc.).

Preferred

• Exposure to IPO, QIP, or other capital market transactions.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), SWIFT, or host-to-host banking
