Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily treasury back-office operations, including investments, borrowings, and money market deals.
• Process deal confirmations, manage settlements, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and track daily cash flows and liquidity.
• Ensure timely accounting, prepare MIS reports, and handle regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate smoothly with banks, custodians, trustees, and internal auditors.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA / Inter CA preferred; Commerce graduates with relevant treasury experience may also be considered.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Treasury Back Office, Treasury Operations, Fund Management Support, or Banking Treasury Operations.
• Experience in Housing Finance, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services industry preferred.
• Understanding of debt instruments, fixed‑income securities, borrowings, and treasury accounting.
• Knowledge of treasury settlement processes and reconciliations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
