Job summary

ACCA Careers, located in Wanowarie, Pune, seeks an Assistant Manager for Internal Tax, Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing. This role requires ACCA/CA qualification and CA fresher status, with responsibility for end-to-end corporate tax work on-site.

You will handle income tax returns, tax audits, Form 3CEB, master files and TP documentation, while supporting partners in assessments and litigation. You will manage a team of 4–8 members and contribute to advisory projects and newsletters.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CA qualification preferred with CA fresher status.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax and transfer pricing concepts.
• Experience in tax audit and regulatory filings desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file income tax returns for corporates.
• Prepare tax audit reports for corporates.
• Prepare Form no. 3CEB and master files for corporates.
• Prepare TP documentation and memos.
• Support partners in assessments and litigation tasks.
• Prepare technical submissions for corporate tax and transfer pricing assessments.
• Prepare appeals for CIT(A) and ITAT.
• Handle penalty and stay proceedings.
• Conduct technical research and stay updated on regulations.
• Support firm initiatives and newsletters; lead a team of 4–8 members.
• Bring knowledge of UAE regulations to the team.

• Managing end-to-end tasks pertaining to:
• preparation and execution of Income tax returns for Corporates.
• preparation and execution of tax audit reports for Corporates
• preparation and execution of Form no. 3CEB and master files for corporates
• preparation and execution of TP documentation and memo
• Supporting partners in assessment and litigation tasks involving:
• Preparation of technical submissions for corporate tax assessments and transfer pricing assessments
• Preparation of appeals to be filed with CIT(A) and ITAT
• Handling penalty proceedings and stay proceedings
• Conducting technical research
• Supporting the partners on:
• Corporate tax advisory projects
• Transfer pricing advisory projects
• international tax advisory projects
• With holding advisory
• Handling a team of energetic qualified and semi qualified (between 4 to 8 team members)
• Having good theoretical and some practical knowledge of regulations evolving in UAE
• Contribute to Firm's initiatives focused on preparing and releasing on technical updates / newsletters etc.
