Function: Training & Development. Location: Coimbatore
Reporting to: Senior Manager Team IC
Role includes training and development of new hires, periodic assessments, and supporting them to enhance overall productivity.
Internal: Head of Telesales and Tele Leadership
External: Business partners (Brokers, web aggregators, etc.)
Post Graduate/ Graduate. Min. 2-5 years of training experience. Tele and insurance market exposure (preferred)
