Assistant Manager, Technical Sales (Raw Materials Ingredients) in the Food & Beverage Industry. Responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical expertise for raw materials and ingredients. Supports product development and innovation through collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales of Food / Dairy ingredients in the south region.
- Analyze sales potential for the region and introduce products to customers accordingly.
- Identify new potential customers and present products to assigned territories.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies defined by Regional Manager/ BLM.
- Develop strong relationships with industry experts and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations in the region.
- Achieve sales targets as set by Regional Managers/ BLM.
- Maintain CRM with meetings, projects, contacts, and follow-ups on business developments.
- Send monthly or period-specific sales and business development reports to principals / suppliers.
- Coordinate supplier visits and conduct trials.
- Develop new projects for products in coordination with BLM FBI and Business Development Manager.
- Undergo technical trainings in India and overseas to support FBI customers with technical knowledge and product applications.
- Take on new responsibilities as assigned by the Local Business Line Manager FBI based on industry clusters or product groups and development of other regions.

Education & Experience
Education: B Tech (Food Technologist) / M. Tech (Food Technologist); MBA would be an added advantage.
