Job summary

RNTBCI PL in Chennai seeks an Assistant Manager - Technical Analyst SW Integration to lead software integration within Vehicle ECU environments. You will develop models in MATLAB/Simulink, align requirements with OEMs, document system specs, and drive validation across MIL/SIL, ensuring robust cross-module interaction.

The role requires deep AUTOSAR knowledge, ISO 26262 awareness, and strong scripting with MATLAB.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Model-Based Design using Simulink/Stateflow, preferably Automotive domain.
• Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and ISO 26262/SDV concepts.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and MBD validation approaches (MIL, SIL).
• Experience with MATLAB scripting for automation and tool development.
• Familiarity with automotive software development processes and MAAB standards.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Develop Integrated Models in MATLAB/Simulink as per OEM requirements; handle activities independently and participate in peer reviews, design reviews, and validation.2.
