Job summary

KPIT Technologies Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an embedded software engineer with hands-on Model-Based Development using Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow. You will write M-scripts, S-functions, and C scripts, focusing on HVAC and body control modules.

You will lead a team, collaborate with system and validation teams, deliver fully verified modules, and engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust automotive software, while following MIL/SIL testing practices.

Qualifications

• Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow proficiency.
• Experience with MIL/SIL testing concepts.
• Automotive domain knowledge (HVAC/ Thermal) and ECU communication.
• Familiarity with MAAB guidelines and Autosar concepts.
• Davinci developer knowledge and ARXML understanding.
• Basics of Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Translate system requirements into software specifications.
• Read and understand *.c and *.h files.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Deliver a completely verified and validated module.
• Lead the team and coordinate with system and validation teams.

Job description

• (M)Hands on experience in Model based development. using Matlab, Simulink/Stateflow.
• (M)Ability to write M-Scripts, S-functions, C scripts.
• (M) Good Knowledge on HVAC
• (M)Must have - Body control module knowledge
• (M)Experience in MIL/SIL testing.
• Experience in code generation using embedded coder / Targetlink and understanding of code.
• Should have knowledge on MAAB guidelines. Skills adds Advantage:
• Exposure on Autosar concepts and Autosar based Model development.
• Davinci developer and Arxml file generation and understanding of it.
• Knowledge on Davinci configurator. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ability to write software requirement specifications from system.
• Ability to read and understand *.c *.h files.
• Interaction with stakeholders, customers in understanding requirements.
• Responsible for delivering a completely verified and validated module as product.
• Lead team and provide guidance to developer and work together with system team and validation team."
