Overview

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and hiring the best talent, aligning with our mission to provide an exceptional entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative hiring strategies to attract top talent for various roles, including operations, customer service, and management positions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Leverage job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and local networks to source candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through creative campaigns and social media.
  • Represent the brand at career fairs, campus drives, and networking events.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to optimize processes.
  • Create reports and presentations to share recruitment updates with senior management.
  • Train and guide junior HR staff in recruitment best practices.
  • Work closely with the HR team on initiatives related to retention, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media hiring strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
