Job summary

Design Consultancy Service in Mumbai Suburban seeks an Assistant Manager Industrial Structural Design to lead design delivery for major industrial projects, coordinating with clients and ensuring high-quality output across RCC, steel, and PEB systems.

The candidate should be proficient in STAAD Pro and AutoCAD, with knowledge of Indian and international standards, and have 2–5 years of experience in structural engineering. BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech are preferred.

Qualifications

• Industrial structural design knowledge for RCC & steel structures.
• Experience with STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and PEB design methodologies.
• Understanding of coldformed steel design and steel connection design.
• Familiarity with Indian & international standards.
• 2–5 years of experience in structural engineering.

Role & responsibilities

As Assistant Manager Industrial Structural Design, you will lead structural design delivery for major industrial projects, coordinate with clients, and ensure highquality engineering output across steel, RCC, and PEB systems.

Key responsibilities shall include

• Client coordination to understand technical requirements and project objectives.
• Structural design of industrial RCC & steel structures as per IS and international codes.
• PEB design using STAAD Pro with focus on optimization and codal compliance.
• Detailed material estimation for steel and RCC structures.
• Provide technical inputs to drafting teams; ensure accurate drawings and detailing.
• Review drawings, manage client comments, incorporate revisions, and release final deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of industrial structural design (RCC + steel).
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and PEB design methodologies.
• Understanding of coldformed steel design and steel connection design.
• Familiarity with relevant Indian & international standards.
• Experience in client interaction preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years
• Qualifications: UG: B.E./B.Tech (Civil), PG: M.E./M.Tech (Structural Engineering)
