Essential duties of this role:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Service

  • Provide on/off-site installation, validation and commissioning of engines. (diesel)
  • Provide high level technical support to customers on location/ Phone/ online. (Zero-hour service support)
  • Coordination with Company distributors.
  • Service dealer and FIE Shop expansion.
  • Communicate with Customers to ensure satisfaction and implement necessary corrective action.
  • Competition mapping and Market feedback.
  • Interface to cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support-services, R& D, etc.
  • Updating of Service Technical documentation as required and submission.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Parts Sales

  • Responsible to achieve spare parts target assigned for the year and the territory.
