Job summary

Panacea Biotec in New Delhi, India seeks an analytical professional to support QC and R&D activities. The role involves instrumental analyses (HPLC, SDS-PAGE, spectrometry, flow cytometry) and method development for validated assays.

You will prepare buffers, SOPs, and support regulatory documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Instrumental methods of analyses such as HPLC, SDS-PAGE, spectrometry and flow cytometry.
• Method development and assay performance.
• Designing and formatting experimental and validation protocols for current and new R&D programs involving.
• Immunochemical analyses such as Western blotting; method development and/or assay performance.
• Preparation of buffers and solutions required for QC testing; analytical support for process monitoring, drug substance release and stability.
• Maintenance of R&D/QC lab facility per regulatory guidelines; preparation of SOP, STP, specifications, CoA and other quality-related documents.
• Implementation of updated versions of all documents such as SOPs, formats and specifications and upkeep of all records related to quality control lab.
• Prioritization of tasks and completion in a timely manner – take ownership.
• Coordination with team members and cross-functional teams – teamwork.
• Any other R&D activity as per emergent need of the department and/or organization.
• Driving activities with strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with Engineering for equipment maintenance related activities.
