Overview
This job requires experience in the Fenestration business with a focus on window costing and sales support. It includes responsibilities related to auditing and team coaching, as well as cross-functional interaction with Sales, Fabricators, and Account Management.
Responsibilities
- Auditing team and their work on a daily / weekly basis.
- Assign work on a daily / weekly basis, based on the inputs received from the Sales team and Fabricators.
- Monitor, check, and Verify the quotations as submitted by team.
- Monitor, check, and verity the cross section drawings and check for alignment vis- vis the quotation submitted.
- Monitor, check, and verify the wind load calculations.
- Verify and timely submissions of bills and invoices.
- Responsible for Implementation and Monitoring of all activities involved in the process at the Enquiry, Order Received, and Execution stages for Window orders received by the Organisation.
- Responsible for the Coaching and Mentoring of his / her team members and ensure dligence to approved process.
- Other Duties and Responsibilities related to Sales and Marketing initiatives as identified by the organization / management.
Minimum Competencies / Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Fenestration business.
- Compensation Max. 7L-8L.
- Understanding of the Market and Industry.
- Technical Skills related to Window costing (AutoCAD skills, knowledge of SAP, basic accounting).
- Numerical Ability, Analytical Reasoning.
- Knowledge of SAP and Basics in Accounting.
- Operating software related to Window costing.
- Basic knowledge of Windows-related costing software and CAD tools.
- Behavioral Competencies: Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service Skills, Logical Thinking, People Management.
- Primary Roles: Support for Account Management, People Management.
