Job summary

Four Aces Fashion House in Mumbai seeks an experienced merchandising professional to lead store merchandising across EBOs, manage seasonal stock plans and strategic allocations.

The role requires 6–8 years in fashion/retail, a Graduate or MBA, and strong communication with warehouse teams; you will prepare weekly stock analyses to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising planning for EBO Stores.
• New Season Launch - Merchandise Plan.
• Weekly stock allocation and replenishment by store.
• Coordinate with warehouse for stock dispatches and GRN.
• Follow RTV process at season end or during season.
• Season-wise store base stock management.
• Prepare sell-thru and top/bottom sellers analyses weekly/daily.
• Frequent Store Visits.

Job Descriptions:

1. Merchandising planning for EBO Stores
2. New Season Launch - Merchandise Plan
3. Weekly store wise new stock allocation and replenishment
4. Co-ordination with warehouse for stock dispatches and new stock GRN post sharing transfer orders
5. Follow up with RTV process at the end of every season or within the season
6. Season wise store base stock working
7. Daily, Weekly & Monthly report ie. Sell thru analysis, Top & Bottom sellers, Net week cover analysis etc.
8. Frequent Store Visits.
