The role focuses on quality and food safety testing for turmeric, chili, black pepper, and related spices, with sampling at procurement points and warehousing prior to purchase and dispatch.

Qualifications

• PG Food Technology/Agriculture with 8+ years of experience in spices quality testing.
• Experience in raw material, procurement or field quality inspection in spices/agri-commodity or food industry.

Responsibilities
