Fena is seeking a Department Head of QA and QC in India to lead the entire QA/QC function for personal care or home care products, preferably soaps and detergents. You will manage the QA/QC team and oversee documentation and MIS to ensure compliance and quality across all products.

The role requires strong leadership, SAP proficiency, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to drive continuous quality improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
