Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services seeks an experienced Automotive Quality professional to lead quality initiatives in Pune. You will apply IATF 16949 knowledge and drive APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA across casting and machining processes.

The role requires handling customer complaints via 8D, 5-Why and Fishbone analyses, with strong GD&T and inspection skills. OEM/Tier-1/Tier-2 exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Automotive Quality.
• DME/BE Mechanical qualification.
• Male candidate.
• Location: Pune area (Katraj Shindewadi, Pune).
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
• Hands-on APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.

Responsibilities

• Experience in casting and machining processes in automotive industry.

• Experience in audits: process, product, internal, supplier, customer and certification.
• Knowledge of supplier quality management and corrective action follow-up.
• Experience in reducing rejection, scrap, rework and PPM.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with OEM/Tier-1/Tier-2 customers; export OEM exposure is a plus.
