Job summary

Bosch in India seeks a Project Management/PMO coordinator to support governance, milestone tracking and documentation management. You will coordinate across functions, manage stakeholders, and ensure quality and traceability in project reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a BE/B.Tech in related engineering and strong Excel/Power BI skills, with exposure to audits and PMO activities. This is an on-site role in Bengaluru, with opportunities to work across multiple Bosch domains.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Production, Information Science or related engineering discipline.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Power BI; basic knowledge of Power Automate/Power Apps or Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of project management processes, governance, milestones, action tracking and quality management methods.
• Good coordination and communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking and follow-up discipline.
• Exposure to audits, PMO activities, project reporting or engineering processes is an added advantage.
