• To look after the assigned production functions.
• To ensure that desired production levels are achieved every month.
• To ensure that requisite quality standards as well as 5-S and 3-C standards are adhered to.
• To ascertain and ensure efficiency of machinery and employees working under you is constantly monitored and adequate remedial measures as desired by your Superiors are taken to improve upon the same.
• To ensure that monthly machine loading schedule is prepared as per planning and the same is adhered to on a day-to-day basis.
• To take corrective measures to reduce scrap and rejection levels.
• Resolve any problems arising from any of the issues related to employees, machinery break-down or production process.
• Complete PSIF monthly targets.
• Multii- skilling of operators & de bottlenecking of the bottleneck processes.
• Corrective actions to resolve customer issues.
