Job summary

C&S Electric in India is hiring a Production Supervisor to manage and supervise assembly line shop floor operations. You will drive production efficiency, ensure quality and safety targets are met, and plan manpower deployment to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Planning and other departments, guiding waste reduction and continuous improvement, and resolving production issues using the 7 QC Tools and standard problem-solving methods.
