• Pricing & Procurement
• Negotiate competitive rates with MLOs (Main Line Operators) and NVOCCs (Non-Vessel Owning Common Carriers) at both all-India and regional levels.
• Maintain and update tariffs for worldwide destinations on booking/tariff management portals.
• Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transport vendors, and port authorities to secure competitive pricing.
• Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply and favorable terms.
• Support the sourcing head in developing innovative and customer-centric pricing solutions.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and cost optimization.
• Share market intelligence and identify new business opportunities across units.
