Hydro Prokav Pumps India Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore, India seeks a seasoned Planning Lead with 12–15 years in production planning for pump manufacturing. You will align demand with resources, drive the planning team, and ensure targets and safety standards are met.

You will derive daily to monthly production plans, collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing, and focus on on-time delivery while improving planning accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of production and material planning.
• Expertise in planning and execution of project orders.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP & MM modules.
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Derive Daily, Weekly and Monthly production plans based on orders and ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing to meet revenue targets.
• Prioritize customer on-time delivery with a proactive planning approach.
• Analyze workload, capacity, bottlenecks and mitigate delivery risks.
• Monitor plan vs actual, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Track and control inventory levels and movements.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and delivery performance.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, results driven planning lead with 12-15 years in production planning for pump manufacturing. Expertise in Make to order/Project order production planning process and ERP systems. This role requires strong collaboration across the organization

Manage and drive production & planning team, align demand and resources to ensure the business targets and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Customer focused approach with strong sense of on time delivery.
• Analyze operations workload, capacity, identify bottlenecks and mitigate risks which impact On-Time Delivery.
• Monitor production plan vs actual, identify the gaps, derive corrective and preventive actions.
• Track and control inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and delivery performance.

Basic Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 years of experience.

Key Competencies

• Strong knowledge of production planning and material planning.
• Expertise in planning and execution of project orders.
• Hands on experience in SAP PP & MM module.
• Strong knowledge in MS Excel and data analysis skills are mandatory.
