Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking an Assistant Manager – CSD to lead a delivery team and drive customer satisfaction. You will coach team members, develop programs, and implement action plans to improve performance metrics and outcomes.

You will manage onshore-offshore deliveries, ensure smooth transitions, and maintain a high-quality release and deployment process while maintaining a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Post Graduate with aggregate marks >=45% (No Gaps / Failure throughout Graduation)
• Minimum 8 years of overall work experience (full time). 7-10 years of experience range is preferred.
• Substantial domain experience required.
• People management experience of more than 3 years preferred.
• Ability to work in evening shifts.
• Proven ability to prioritize, develop and manage resource needs across clients.

Formal Education
