Job summary

Right Management India in Bengaluru seeks an HR Operations professional to drive people programs and team performance. You will mentor teams to achieve productivity and engagement and coordinate with stakeholders on project needs.

Daily and weekly performance tracking on candidate management and career assistance will be central, with reporting on operational metrics and policy design aligning with the overall strategy. You will implement improvements and ensure process standards.
