CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a senior QA leader to manage day-to-day QA operations and oversee quality audit activities. You will be the main contact for quality-related questions across Client services and operations, review audit reports for error trends, and implement corrective actions.

You will lead multiple audits, own team development, and plan QA resources based on forecasted volume, while driving continuous improvement and preparing comprehensive quality documentation and client reports.

Formación

• Life Science graduate with Anatomy/Physiology as main subjects.
• 7–10 years in coding/quality assurance with at least 2 years in team handling.
• Certified coder from AAPC or AHIMA.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, error categorization, and RCA/CAPA processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Play an integral part of the QA team and manage day-to-day QA operations efficiently.
• Oversee quality audits to ensure customer service, accuracy, and quality expectations are met.
• Serve as primary contact for quality-related inquiries from Client services and operations.
• Review audit reports to identify error trends and root causes; investigate discrepancies per guidelines; implement CAPA plans.
• Manage multiple audits and develop solutions from available information.
• Lead and own team development and project assignments independently.
• Plan resources for QA based on volume forecasts.
• Drive continual QA process improvement through client and coding team interaction.
• Prepare QA documentation, training kits, audit checklists, and quality manuals.
• Produce month-end quality reports, accuracy scorecards, and client trend analyses.
• Conduct calibration sessions with coding teams and clients to ensure consistent quality standards.

• Reviewing quality audit reports to identify specific error trends and root causes, investigate discrepancies as per coding/quality guidelines, and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Managing multiple quality audits and creating solutions from available information.
• Owning challenging people and project assignments independently with ease and delivering fulfilment of work across the company.
• Total ownership and leadership responsibility for team development.
• Resource Planning for QA function based on business volume forecasting.
• Continual improvement of quality processes through regular interactions with clients and coding teams.
• Preparing quality manuals, audit checklists, training kits, and other documentation for QA processes.
• Preparing month-end quality reports, accuracy scorecards, and error trend analysis for clients.
• Evaluating trends and comparisons on month-end quality metrics/accuracy rates for each client.
• Conducting calibration sessions with coding teams and clients to ensure consistency in quality standards.

Required Expertise & Qualification:

• Life Science graduation or any equivalent graduation with Anatomy/Physiology as main subjects.
• 7–10 years of overall coding/quality assurance experience, out of which a minimum of 2 years in team handling of a team.
• Should be a certified coder from either AAPC or AHIMA.
• Strong knowledge of quality audit methodologies, error categorization, and RCA/CAPA processes.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership & organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience in generating analysis using MS Office – Excel, Word, and MS PowerPoint.
