Job responsibilities for a sales/Business Development role in Max Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- To make Max Healthcare "Hospital of Chioce" for the allocated region's people & Doctors
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the region / cluster
- To Ensure the right business for the targeted Channel & Specialty in respective region
- Ensuring 80% Business comes from TOP key Specialties
- Maintain regular liaison with Hospitals / Government Agencies and the Press / Media in assigned region
- Monitor the progress of KBL/KOL/Key accounts (PSU's, Public accounts, TPA and pvt corporates) contribution on weekly/monthly basis.
- Accountable for Business Development for the allocated Clusters for Max Healthcare
- Responsible for the Synergy between all the Sales & Non-sales Team in the region
- Ensure continuity of communication with the patients / doctors even after the service is delivered
- Develop relationships to convert all patients / doctors in long - term captive audience for the Hospital
- Ensure complete patient satisfaction and manage complaints of patients / doctors
- Involve yourself in designing and preparation of promotional materials i.e. Brouchers for print / visual media including banners, roadside hospital boards, etc. for Domestic Patients of your department & other branding activities.
- To conduct image building programmes.
- To correspond with the various government agencies and NGOs, etc. for promotion of business.
- To prepare and submit monthly statement of the business procured from various agencies, including PSU, MNC and other corporate companies.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
- Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
- Performing all duties of the Sales Associate in cases of vacancy, absence or emergency
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Adhere to company's policies and guidelines
