Qualifications

• Experience with international marketing or global clients is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms.

Position Overview

The Assistant Manager - Marketing will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and enhance the organization's digital presence. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on digital marketing expertise, team management, and campaign execution.

The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives, monitor campaign performance, manage resources, and ensure the timely delivery of departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

• Manage and oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities to improve brand positioning and market reach.

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.

• Oversee website content, social media platforms, and other digital channels to ensure consistent brand communication.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for the development of marketing materials, promotional content, and campaigns.

• Manage marketing budgets, optimize resource utilization, and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.

• Lead and coordinate marketing projects, events, webinars, and other brand-building activities.

• Guide, mentor, and supervise junior marketing team members, ensuring productivity and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Establish performance goals, monitor team deliverables, and drive continuous improvement within the marketing department.

• Collaborate with senior management to identify business requirements and develop effective marketing solutions.

• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, digital tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with experience managing or supervising a marketing team.

• Experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign management, brand development, and lead generation.

• Prior experience in international marketing or working with global clients will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, social media management, and content marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or other marketing automation tools.

• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent project management, planning, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing platforms will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
