Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development - OEM
  • Products of stainless steel tubes & pipes, MS ERW Black & GI Pipes, Hollow Section Tubes, Scaffolding Systems, Steel Tubular Poles.
  • Updating dealers about product price changes and new product launches.
  • Meeting with existing dealers, OEMs, and Government Contractors.
  • Participating in Government Tenders.
  • Meeting new target dealers and converting them into regular dealers.
  • Resolving problems and queries of existing dealers and OEMs.
  • Searching for new dealers, customers, and OEMs.
  • Meeting dealers daily and taking orders.
  • Managing dealer network across the North Region.
  • Studying outstanding payments and clearing overdue payments.
  • Reporting to Senior Management.

Developing new business with new customers and new products.

  • Corporate Deals:

Establishing long-term deals with large corporate customers for their requirements.

  • OEM Development:

Developing OEMs to increase sales, including plant visits, rate finalization, and commercial terms.

  • MIS:

Ensuring proper and regular management information system.

  • Costing:

Analyzing product costs and reviewing/updating prices.

  • PR and Promotion Activities:

Maintaining strong relations for sales promotion.

  • PPC:

Coordinating with production planning to ensure smooth product deliveries in the market.

  • Collections:

Controlling revenue collections from all sales zones to achieve targets.

  • Cash Flow Management:
  • Liaisoning:

Liaising with government agencies for inspection and clearance approvals related to government sales.

  • Channel Management:

Managing distribution networks both B2B and B2C.

Computer Proficiency:

  • Office Packages: MS Office XP, 2000 - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS-Project
  • Others: SAP (user perspective)
