Job summary

Avant Garde in Navi Mumbai is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee statutory and tax audits, finalisation of accounts, GST/TDS compliance and MIS reporting. The role requires strong exposure to accounting standards, reconciliations and audit processes, with preference for SAP FICO/CO experience.

The candidate will coordinate with auditors, finance teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• CA with 7+ years of relevant experience or CA Inter with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong exposure to accounting standards, financial reporting, reconciliations and audit processes.
• Experience in SAP FICO/CO and month-end closing activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle Statutory Audit and Tax Audit
• Manage Accounts Finalisation and GST/TDS compliance
• Prepare MIS reporting and control dashboards
• Coordinate with auditors, finance teams and stakeholders for timely financial reporting and compliance
