Job summary

Adilaxmi E-commerce is seeking an experienced Revenue Accounting & Reporting professional to manage B2C revenue accounting, monthly book closure, financial reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliances and audit coordination.

The role requires 4+ years in revenue accounting or e-commerce finance, with strong MS Excel and tally skills, and familiarity with GST/TDS. You will lead a small team and coordinate with portals and auditors.

Qualifications

• CA/CA Inter/ICWA/ICWA Inter/ACCA/M.Com or equivalent qualifications.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Accounting, E-Commerce Accounting, Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monthly book closure for revenue recognition and related expenses.
• Prepare revenue, GST and TDS compliance with timely reporting.
• Support financial reporting, reconciliations and audit coordination.
• Review P&L and balance sheet related to revenue, analyze variances.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, portals and external auditors.

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Accounting & Reporting professional to manage B2C revenue accounting, monthly book closure, financial reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliances and audit coordination.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly book closure working & entries for revenue recognition, related & indirect expenses , receivable & payable controls & accounting, month end provision entries etc
• Responsible for timely completion of all revenue related monthend closure reporting activities as well as post monthend reporting activities along with related GST & TDS compliances ownership related Revenue & related costs area
• Preparation of monthly reporting schedules & Qtrly audit schedules for revenue, expenses, trade receivables & trade payables ageing schedules, record management.
• Monthend revenue vertical related P&L & Balance Sheet accounts review & variances analysis to ensure high level of accurancy in monthly book closure
• Review the work done by account receivable team members & provide guidance them for any corrections / improvements
• Qtrly reconciliation of balances with E Commerce Portals , suppliers & strategic service support vendors
• Routine coordination with various internal Stake holder like cross functions & external stake holders like E-Comm Portals, suppliers, Govt authorities/Tax consultants etc
• Coordination with auditors during annual audit for data submission & timely query resolution related to revenue accounting area
• This role requires 50% self working & remaining 50% effort on review of work done by team members
• Should have Good logical, analytical , communication & team leading experience of 2-3 people team
• Should have Good MS Excel & Tally accounting software working skill, knowledge of Qlickview, SQL will be added advantage to handle heavy data

Educational Qualification

• CA, CA Inter, ICWA, ICWA Inter, ACCA, M.Com and equivalent qualifications
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Accounting, E-Commerce Accounting, Financial Reporting or a similar Finance & Accounts role.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in B2C/E-Commerce revenue accounting, month-end closure, financial reporting, reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance and statutory audit handling will be preferred.
