Responsibilities
  • System Administration
    • Manage requests including program and offering creation, roster and completion uploads, assignment activation, and system clean-up activities.
    • Conduct quality assurance and correct system set-up issues where necessary.
    • Interact with learning platforms such as Workday, Cornerstone, UBLA, Uplimit, and other LMS systems.
    • Set up and manage virtual classrooms; troubleshoot and resolve system inquiries via case management, MS Teams, and shared mailboxes.
    • Collect and validate data required to process learner and stakeholder requests.
    • Deliver on case resolution, escalate complex issues, and provide learners with timely updates and solutions.
    • Support testing of newly designed online training assets to ensure functionality and user experience.
  • Learning Deployment & Logistics
    • Organize and deliver end-to-end learning deployment services, including scheduling, logistics (virtual and face-to-face), PO set-up, and cross-charging.
    • Execute operational processes for learning initiatives: upload program information, manage rosters, coordinate facilitators, and handle learner inquiries.
    • Liaise with internal and external facilitators, moderators, and guest speakers to secure availability and manage contingencies.
    • Ensure logistical readiness for programs, including venue booking, technology set-up, accommodations, shipping of materials, and other event requirements.
    • Provide comprehensive learner support: invitations, communications, pre-course preparation, and resolution of inquiries.
    • Resolve logistical and budget-related issues (e.g., cancellations, fees, rescheduling) in a professional manner.
  • Collaboration & Impact
    • Serve as a frontline contact for associates with learning-related queries, while executing backend processes to ensure seamless service.
    • Partner with LOSA Managers, P&O Solutions teams, vendors, and facilitators to escalate and resolve complex needs.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of Mars U programs, policies, processes, and systems to ensure high service quality.
    • Ensure all activities align with service-level agreements (SLAs), customer satisfaction (CSAT) standards, and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualification
  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Experience in learning administration or related HR/learning operations.
  • Familiarity with learning systems (Workday, Cornerstone, UBLA, Uplimit, or similar platforms).
  • Strong customer focus with proven ability to support diverse learner populations across regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex, and global environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and process execution.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex information in clear and accessible ways.
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver results under tight timelines
