The position also involves drafting various agreements, conducting legal research, handling change orders and EOT claims, maintaining templates, and staying updated on regulatory changes affecting the business.

Aufgaben

• Assist in reviewing Proposals / ITBs and contract documents for EPC projects.
• Support the preparation of contract deviations, summaries, and commercial/legal risk notes.
• Review and assist in drafting agreements such as NDAs, MOUs, Consortium Agreements, and Purchase Orders.
• Draft legal correspondence, notices, standard clauses, and other contractual documentation.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, case laws, and contractual issues.
• Assist in reviewing subcontract agreements and vendor/customer contracts.
• Support the team in handling Change Orders, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and contractual correspondences.
• Coordinate with business teams, project teams, consultants, and external legal counsel as required.
• Maintain and update legal templates, contract trackers, and document repositories.
• Assist in arbitration, litigation, and dispute-related documentation and coordination.
• Monitor regulatory and legislative updates relevant to the business.
• Ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders for contract execution and documentation.
