Job summary

The Hoxton Bengaluru City, part of Ennismore, is seeking an Assistant Manager Learning and Development to lead and deliver our L&D agenda in Bengaluru. You will drive induction programs, mandatory training, and departmental learning initiatives, while partnering with department heads to identify needs and ensure alignment with brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing the LMS, coordinating leadership programs, and measuring training effectiveness to continuously enhance service

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or People & Culture functions, ideally in hospitality or service-driven environments.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training delivery techniques is a plus.
• Confident presenting to groups and communicating with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and able to move multiple projects forward without losing detail.

• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics, recommending improvements.
• Support employee engagement activities, learning campaigns and recognition programmes encouraging a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure all statutory, compliance and brand-training requirements are completed within established timelines.
• Manage training logistics including calendars, training materials, attendance records and communication with participants.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. • Strong written and spoken English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Learning Management Systems will be beneficial.
