Job Functions and Responsibilities
  • Facilitation: Lead engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and seminars for diverse groups of employees. Utilize various facilitation techniques to ensure active participation and knowledge retention.
  • Content Creation: Develop comprehensive and innovative learning materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia content. Tailor content to meet the specific needs of different departments and roles within the organization.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify learning and development needs across the organization. Collaborate with department heads and managers to design customized training programs that address skill gaps and support career growth.
  • Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs. Ensure programs are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Continuously evaluate and enhance training methodologies and materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Education / Experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • Proven experience in a senior learning and development role, with a focus on facilitation and content creation.
