• Ensure quality and inventory control: monitor linen quality, stain and damage rates, inventory levels, and production reports to facilitate timely reordering, rewashing, and repairs.
• Manage financial performance: oversee budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and cost control to optimize operational efficiency.
• Enhance processes and compliance: implement best practices for handling chemicals, maintain safety protocols, and explore improved laundry products and techniques with suppliers.
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment.
