Job Title: Assistant Manager - IPQC (Solar Module)

Job Description

The Assistant Manager - IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) for Solar Modules will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes during the manufacturing of solar panels. This role involves monitoring production lines, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and implementing strategies to enhance product consistency and reliability. The Assistant Manager will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement, conduct regular audits, and facilitate training programs to ensure that all staff is knowledgeable about quality control protocols. The role also includes documenting and reporting quality metrics, collaborating with supply chain teams to assess materials, and engaging with R&D to align quality initiatives with product development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the IPQC processes for solar module production to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of the production process and final products.
• Identify and analyze quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with production teams to educate staff on quality control protocols.
• Maintain and manage documentation related to quality metrics and processes.
• Coordinate with other departments, including R&D and supply chain, to optimize product quality.

Education and Experience

About the Role
