Job Purpose

Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in HR transformation to lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives while driving HR process enhancements and transformational projects.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various levels
  • Develop talent sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Develop innovative talent sourcing strategies including digital recruiting, employer branding, and candidate engagement (strong focus on employer branding and initiatives)
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding
  • Build TA dashboards and monitor progress, working closely with HR business partners
• HR transformation:
  • Drive HR transformation projects within MT India
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement HR technology and tools across units
  • Lead change management efforts to embed new ways of working
• Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
  • Build strong partnerships with HRBP’s, HR operations, and external vendors to support talent acquisition and transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate and educate Hiring Managers on recruitment process and tools
• Reporting and Analytics:
  • Maintain and report recruitment KPI’s
  • Review and publish dashboard
  • Use data‑driven insights to recommend and implement improvements in recruitment strategies
