About the Role

Snapmint is looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4–5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top and mid-level talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that aligns with our business objectives and culture. You will work closely with hiring managers to design recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple functions and roles across the organization.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, niche, and recurring positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create targeted hiring plans.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness).
  • Engage and nurture passive talent through research, networking, and proactive outreach.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced consultancy environment.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities under tight timelines.

Location: Mumbai

Working days: 5 days & Alternate saturday
