Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bengaluru is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring top-quality cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms and public areas.

You will develop cleaning schedules, conduct inspections, coordinate with front office and maintenance, and train new staff to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping supervision preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas or issues related to cleanliness or maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Train and mentor new hires to ensure they understand their responsibilities and can perform their duties effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment used by the housekeeping team.
