Job summary

MM Management Consultant is recruiting an Assistant Manager – Audit & Assurance (Financial Services) in Dubai. The role involves managing and leading audit engagements across financial-services clients including funds, asset managers, fintechs, brokerages and insurers.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of external audit experience and holds ACCA/CA/CPA/ACA or equivalent, with strong IFRS/ISA knowledge and supervision experience. UAE regulatory exposure is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of external audit experience.
• ACCA / CA / CPA / ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
• Financial Services audit experience.
• Experience supervising audit teams and managing engagements.
• Strong financial statement review and technical accounting skills.
• UAE/GCC financial-services regulatory exposure is highly preferred.
• DIFC / ADGM / DFSA / FSRA exposure would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
