This role holder will be responsible for cost formulation and tracing on monthly basis. Provision of analysis and data that would facilitate in management decisions. Vital part of team responsible for preparation of Budgets, Plans, forecasts, preparation of MIS, Dashboard for Management in alignment with Business Goals.

Here is What You Will Do

• Pricing and Costing:
• Setup cost center and profit center in SAP in alignment with business plans.
• Cost Evaluation on MIS/SAP
• involved in determine the cost of tests.
• Analysis of Gross margin and contribution at test level
• Plan and record variable costs
• Analyzing of different portfolios, product wise, customer wise, market/Vertical wise performance.
• Creation and updating of cost center as and when required. Cost Records preparation as per statutory requirement.
• Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
• Analyze and report profit margins
• Discuss with stakeholders and identify reasons for variance
• Preparing and analyzing the Bill of Materials.
• Process Improvement & Cost Optimization:
• Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Perform Competitor benchmarking for test pricing and material costing
• Budget Vs Actual - data feeding and analysis, monitor on monthly basis.

What Are We Looking For

• Experience: 2 - 4 years experience in Cost Accounting, Cost Audit, Product costing, BOM Preparation, cost center creation
