Job summary

Masadir Hr Services in Bengaluru invites an experienced finance professional to lead a team of Finance Executives, overseeing day-to-day accounting, reporting, and close processes. You will drive accuracy, compliance, and timely deliverables while coaching staff and enhancing team performance.

The role requires 6–10 years in Finance with prior leadership experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, MS Excel, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably with prior team-leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of Finance Executives.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Allocate daily tasks and responsibilities among team members and monitor completion.
• Review the work performed by Finance Executives to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure finance activities are completed within agreed timelines and SLAs.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Review financial data and identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, or variances.
• Support preparation of management reports and financial analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow monitoring.
• Provide accurate financial information to management as required.
