Job summary

AXA XL in India (Gurugram region) seeks an experienced professional to drive AI-led transformation across Treasury functions, identifying and delivering automation that boosts efficiency, controls, reporting, and decision-making. The role blends deep Treasury/Finance expertise with hands-on AI/automation implementation across processes.

You will report to the Senior Delivery Lead - Treasury Operations, Investments, and collaborate with Treasury, Finance, IT, and Data teams to scale automation

Qualifications

• Treasury/Finance transformation experience required.
• Proven delivery of AI or automated solutions in Treasury/Finance.
• Experience with Copilot, Power Platform, Python, SQL, and AI tools.

Drive AI-led transformation across Treasury functions by identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency, controls, reporting, and business decision‑making. The ideal candidate combines robust Treasury/Finance expertise with hands‑on experience applying AI and automation technologies to the day‑to‑day processes.

• Identify and deliver AI use cases across Treasury, Cash Management, Reconciliations, Payments, Forecasting, and Reporting.
• Design and implement AI‑powered solutions using Copilot, GenAI, Power Platform, Python, and analytics tools.
• Automate manual, repetitive, and data‑intensive finance processes.
• Develop intelligent dashboards, predictive insights, and self‑service reporting capabilities.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, IT, and Data teams to scale automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, audit, and control requirements.
• Drive AI adoption through training, Change Management, and best‑practice sharing.

Required Skills And Abilities

• Relevant years of Treasury/ Finance Transformation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI or automated solutions within Treasury/ Cash/ Finance functions leading efficiencies/ cost savings in the process
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Python, SQL, and AI tools.
• Robust understanding of Cash Management, Banking Operations, Reconciliations, Payments, and Financial Reporting.
• Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, FIS etc.) preferred.
• Robust analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and control mindset.
