Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Support timely statutory compliance for TDS and GST.
• Prepare and maintain monthly MIS and financial reports.
• Assist in financial analysis and budgeting exercises.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital.
• Assist in treasury activities including cash flow tracking.
• Maintain documentation and support audit requirements.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance

Purpose of the Role

To support accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, assist in financial analysis and budgeting, and help manage treasury activities while delivering accurate MIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.
• Support timely statutory compliance for TDS and GST (returns, workings, reconciliations).
• Prepare and maintain monthly MIS and financial reports.
• Assist in financial analysis and budgeting exercises.
• Support monitoring of receivables, payables, and working capital.
• Assist in treasury activities including cash flow tracking and banking coordination.
• Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
• Accurate accounting records
• Timely support in TDS & GST compliance
• Reliable MIS preparation
• Support in budget and cash flow tracking

Experience

• Fresher / 0–2 year experience

Qualification
