Responsibilities

• Service Standards: Maintain high service quality and align team with operational goals.
• Task Management: Assign duties per the Chief/Assistant Chief Engineer's direction; ensure smooth handovers.
• System Monitoring: Inspect machine rooms and equipment; report issues promptly.
• Energy Advisory: Recommend procedures to improve energy efficiency.
• Administration: Handle attendance, performance records, and maintenance documentation.
• Materials & Tools: Manage inventory, tool usage, and material storage.
• Contractor Coordination: Schedule and oversee contractor activities per maintenance plans.
• Safety Oversight: Enforce safe equipment operation across departments.
• Staff Development: Train team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Emergency Response: Implement energy plans and coordinate emergency procedures.
