Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Taxation

• Filing of Income Tax returns
• Tax compliances for foreign payments (withholding tax)
• Review of international tax compliances prepared by local teams
• Support in direct tax assessments & litigation management

Transfer Pricing / International Taxation

• Preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation
• Identify international transactions & maintain TP files
• Attend hearings with the Transfer Pricing Officer
• Review applicability of tax treaties & documentation

Accounting & Reporting

• Compute quarterly tax provisions & deferred tax
• Perform variance analysis for MIS
• Prepare tax notes for financial statements

Qualification & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
