Job summary

Olectra Greentech in Hyderabad is seeking a GST professional with 4-8 years of experience to join the Finance & Taxation team.

You will handle GST returns, reconciliations, ITC eligibility, audits and compliance, while coordinating with Accounts, Procurement, Sales, Operations and IT.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of GST experience required.
• Experience with GST returns GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C.
• Preference for SAP/ERP familiarity and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and review GST returns GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C
• Manage GST reconciliations GSTR-2A/2B vs Books and GSTR-1 vs Sales
• Review ITC eligibility, vendor compliance and risk areas
• Support GST audits, assessments, notices and litigation
• Monitor E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill compliance
• Coordinate with Accounts, Procurement, Sales, Operations, IT & SAP teams
• Support process improvements and GST automation initiatives

• Support GST audits, assessments, notices and litigation
• Monitor E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill compliance
• Coordinate with Accounts, Procurement, Sales, Operations, IT & SAP teams
• Support process improvements and GST automation initiatives

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on GST compliance experience
• SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
• Advanced Excel skills – Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP & reconciliations
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
