About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical professional to lead our Data Intelligence and Business Analytics function transforming data into strategic insights, building scalable reporting systems, and implementing AI-driven solutions. Strong SQL skills, dashboard expertise, and working knowledge of ML/AI are required.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting across Operations, Finance, Supply, Marketplace, Fleet, Driver Ops, Product, and Leadership.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards (Metabase, SQL, Google Sheets, Excel); define KPIs, metrics, and data governance; reconcile driver payouts.

Data engineering & SQL

• Write optimized PostgreSQL queries using complex joins, CTEs, Window Functions, Recursive Queries, and Materialized Views.
• Build reusable SQL models, automated pipelines, and optimize slow-running dashboards.

Business strategy

• Partner with Founders, Ops, Product, Finance, and City Teams to identify revenue opportunities, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
• Design incentive structures, build forecasting models, and conduct root cause analysis.

AI & data science

• Build predictive models: Driver Attrition, Demand/Revenue Forecasting, Vehicle Breakdown, and Driver Performance.
• Customer Segmentation, Recommendation Systems, Anomaly Detection, LLM-powered internal tools, NLP solutions, and AI-integrated dashboards.
