Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and programming tools such as SQL and Python/R.
• Understanding of ETL processes, working with structured/unstructured data and data transformation.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Initial experience with predictive analytics or machine learning techniques.

The Assistant Manager – Data Analytics will support the data analytics function in driving revenue optimization, operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the airline. This role involves hands-on data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights.

The position requires strong analytical and technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights. The role contributes to ongoing analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
