Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal functions (Operations, IT, Compliance, Underwriting, Claims) to ensure seamless partner experience.
• Track issue logs and closure timelines for partner or sales escalations.
• Support onboarding and system enablement of new partners.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and reporting.
• Support audit preparedness and ensure adherence to process guidelines.
• Maintain repository of business SOPs, policies, and process updates.
• Maintain and publish daily, weekly, and monthly business dashboards for sales performance, partner metrics, and key KPIs
• Prepare Incentive computation for the team
