As an Assistant Manager - Blackline COE, you will be primarily responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Blackline enhancements/modules across all phases (design, build, test, and deploy). This includes working closely with the process owners, coordinating with technology and vendor partners, external consultants, and cross‑functional stakeholders throughout the Finance organization.
What You'll Do

- Tasks & FRA: Support set‑up of the Tasks module and build/test variance analysis and FRA configurations for quarterly reporting.
- A/R Module: Support discovery and fit‑gap testing.
- System Testing & Documentation: Gather requirements from process owners and translate them into system configuration. Build, configure, and unit‑test changes; support UAT for upgrades and enhancements, tracking defects. Maintain configuration documentation (data collection workbook, change records) and coordinate day‑to‑day with the vendor‑managed admin Support team on configuration questions and support tickets.
- Administration, Training & Reporting Support: Assist with user access requests, routine system maintenance, and troubleshooting; maintain user guides and process manuals. Help build training materials and support delivery of user training sessions. Prepare regular system usage/compliance reports and support audit material preparation.
